Trade Magazine Industrial Distribution recently kicked off a series of five-minute video interviews featuring industry leaders. Their first interview was with Systemax CEO Barry Litwin, who shared some insights into the phenomenal third-quarter performance of their Global Industrial despite this year of unforeseen business challenges created by the COVID19 pandemic. In the interview, Litman attributes their success to sticking to their strategy of actively listening to the market and anticipating what their customers would need as they returned to work. They did their homework to find out the customer-centered initiatives that would put them in the right strategic position.


I’m glad to say that we’re seeing similar tactics from clients here in the #Trenches at Intelligentics.
